Rooibos tea, cocoa kernels, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger & chicory, pepper. Rich spicy chocolate taste and naturally caffeine free.

Use 2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water. Add milk and bring to the boil. Simmer for 6 - 8 minutes and add honey to taste. Also brew as a regular tea with a splash of milk.
